I'm so happy that I watched the movie Independence Day Two!

On the weekends, my dad, mum and I went to Sylvia Park to get my haircut and to watch a movie called Independence Day 2. We were all excited to watch this movie because it’s about aliens trying to take over the whole world.

The first thing we did when we arrived at Sylvia Park  was for me to have a haircut which was scheduled at 2:30 in the afternoon. My dad and mum wanted my haircut to be short so the barber did so as instructed. My hair is now short!

When the barber finished cutting my hair, she took off the cloak then she put some gel on my hair to make my hair spiky. When she was done, she turned the chair around so my mum and dad can see my new haircut. Mum said, “ I really like your new haircut”. “I really like it too”, I replied.

After that we went to the 2 dollar shop so that my mum can buy nail polish for her and I was going to buy dices and cards and also a wooden rectangle box. It took about 9 minutes because my mum was still looking for other things. When she finished looking around, we  finally paid for our items.

Then we went to Hoyts Cinema to watch Independence Day 2. My dad bought 2 vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolates and a small popcorn because I already have 2 ice cream. We showed our tickets  to the lady so we can get inside the theatre. We were seated on the top left of the cinema because there were too many people watching the movie. In the movie, I found out that the Area 51 people (a place in the US) went on a space exploration and in the process disturbed the peace of the aliens there. The Aliens got mad so the followed them on earth, attacking everyone and wanting to take over the world. It was a very good movie to watch. We had lots of fun watching Independence Day 2. We proceeded to the level 2 parking lot where we parked our car so we can go home.

My favourite part of that Saturday was going to the movies because I really wanted to eat the ice cream and watch the movie at the same time. I hope that we could do it again, maybe during the school holidays.

Hide and seek was so much fun!

On Sunday my friends and I went to YMCA to play basketball. We were all very excited to be able to play basketball again.

When we got there we paid the entrance fee then went straight to the basketball court. When we got there, the whole court looked spacious and it had two large basketball hoops on both sides of the court.  The were so high that I couldn't even reach it but I know that I can shoot the ball inside the hoops. We played soccer first before playing basketball. Our goal keeper told us to do penalty kicks. My friend was so good at blocking the ball.

We were amazed because we haven't seen anybody did that in real life. Then we practised our shooting, bouncing and dribbling skills.  I was doing well with my dribbling but not with my shooting.

Later on, we played hide and seek.  The seeker was one of my friends.
I hid upstairs and I looked in front of the big window to see if he was coming for me. I spotted him slowly walking towards my direction so I ran to the bathroom to hide there.  He came to the bathroom but he didn't see me. When he went out to seek the other people, I ran outside as well but I got caught.  I felt frightened when he tapped my shoulder because I was caught by surprise.  Then we finished playing hide and seek and went home.

I had lots of fun playing at YMCA. My favourite part was playing hide and seek because it was scary when you had to hide in dark place and then you get caught.

I'm so excited to see the hotel!

On Saturday, my dad, mum and I went to the Grand City Hotel and stayed there for a night. We travelled in the car and it took us only 15 minutes to get there. The entrance of the hotel looked so cool and the front door spun around and we had to look for an opening to get into the hotel. We had to move really fast to get inside the door because we didn't want to get hurt.

When we got in there, we checked into our room with the receptionist. Our bags were heavy because we brought a lot of things with us. When my dad finally got our room card, we got into the elevator and my dad pressed 8 on the keypad for it to take to us to level 8. Unfortunately, it did not work at first but then then my dad realised that he had to scan the card on the scanner in the elevator for it to operate. When we got to the 8th floor, we went straight to our room and our room number was 819.  When we got inside, it looked very nice, it had a flat screen television and an awesome bed. The bathroom was huge and it had a bathtub that was squeaky clean.

Then I asked my dad if I could go in the bath tub and he said yes. I really wanted to go in the bathtub because I have never experienced that before. That was my first time ever. I went in and I turned on the hot water to warm up the bathtub because I don't really like cold water. After that I took a shower, the shower looked cool because it was white and it had a head rest. After I finished showering, I watched the cartoon network and I watched a lego show which I have forgot the name of but the show had cars and knights who defeats the bad guys. It was a cool show and it was one of my favourite Lego shows.

After that, it was almost night time, so my dad ordered food, He ordered steak, two vanilla ice creams and some french fries. The food was yummy and I liked the ice cream and french fries. Then I felt tired so we went to bed. The bed was so soft. Soon I fell asleep.

The next day, we had to pack all our stuff because our stay in the hotel was over. We went to the reception to check out then waited for our car. We only  waited for 5 minutes but  it felt like it was forever. Finally, we went home.

I had lots of fun staying at the hotel. My favourite part was watching the lego show on tv in our room because it was about cooking which I am interested in. They had to cook the world’s spiciest food which happens to be my favourite.
